Remote management of the customer's IT infrastructure environment can cover both regular preventive inspections and possible resolution of error conditions reported from monitoring systems.


HW service includes warranty and post-warranty repairs of selected manufacturers. The network of service centers covers the entire territory of the Czech Republic. Repairs are handled by teams of certified (manufacturer-trained) service technicians and system specialists.

Development and consultation

Description and evaluation of the current state of the IT infrastructure, analysis of the IT environment, professional advice, proposal for supplementation or replacement of individual components or the complete unit, management of the change itself, verification of functionalities and their impact on the functioning of the customer's IT infrastructure.
